Thus, we have completed the initial naming and depicting of all four ethnic groups and 16 Asians in the AGT "Cycle of Elements", a total of 256 personality and action prototypes (64 representatives here). This ambitious map provides a solid basis for our next theoretical validation and application.

Appendix B: Model Design and Operational Guidance for AGT-SJT

Introduction: This appendix is intended to provide researchers, human resources professionals and educators with a concrete example of translating the AGT theory into an operational, quantitative assessment tool. At the heart of Actor-Generated Topology (AGT) lies its dynamic and context. It is therefore difficult to capture the essence of traditional quality questionnaires based on self-reporting (e.g. "I am a structured person"). AGT-SJT, for its part, looks at the "decision-making tendencies" of actors in the context of a given operational dimension by presenting specific and difficult realities, thus portraying its "default code" and "expanding flexibility".

B.1 Design principles

Situational: All topics are based on specific, realistic dilemmas and avoid abstract self-evaluation.

Process-Oriented: Each topic explicitly addresses one of the four dimensions of [Idea-Form-Execution-Reception] occurrence in order to achieve a complete diagnosis of the entire course of action.

Module-Correlated: The four options for each topic are carefully designed to accurately respond to the four original action modules [A, N, P, V].

Non-value judgement (Non-judgmental): All options are designed to be "appearably reasonable" in a given situation, with no absolute "right" or "mistake" answer, and are designed to measure "preference" rather than "capacity".

B.2 Test examples

(The following is a complete set of mini-AGT-SJT tests with four dimensions)

Topic I (testing the "concept" dimensions - The "Why")

Situation: "You've just dropped into a long-standing project team that is in a state of chaos and demoralization. Team members are fragmented and confused about the way forward. As the new officer in charge, what do you think is the first and most important thing that comes into office?"

Option: (A) [Advisers] immediately conduct in-depth interviews with several core members to quickly develop a clear, quantifiable and phased vision of the team's 90-day revitalization plan, based on the strategic objectives of the company, and to make it publicly available to all. (N) [Provision/NPC] First, to top management and human resources, to thoroughly clarify the formal terms of reference, budget and established rules and regulations of the team and to ensure that all subsequent actions of the team are documented and consistent with corporate processes. (P) [The player] organizes an entirely informal and even some "out-of-the-box" grouping event (e.g. a secret room escapes or an anonymous "tow-out conference") aimed at breaking the deadlock and allowing people to re-establish trust and spontaneous connections in ease and games. (V) The [scramber] does not rush to make any comments or pursue any plans. It takes at least a week to participate in all meetings in silence, to read all historical documents and to have one-on-one informal lunches with as many members as possible in order to obtain the most comprehensive observations and diagnosis of the root causes of the problem before action is taken.

Title II (testing the "form" dimensions - The "How")

Situation: "Your team has established a very innovative new project (e.g. `Exploring the possibility of AI in the area of emotional companionship') with an uncertain end-point. It is now up to you to develop a programme to advance the project."

Option: (A) [Advisers] draft a comprehensive project charter and road map that, even with vague objectives, clearly defines the scope of the project, the division of roles, key milestones and a multi-phased timetable and establishes a solid framework. (N) [Discipline/NPC] look for and study standard operating procedures (e.g. "fast development", "design sprint") used by companies or other industries when exploring similar vague projects, and strictly follow the template to organize teams. (P) [Player] Rejects any ambitious plan. The teams were divided into "team teams" with great autonomy, allowing them to begin immediately a series of small, low-cost, fast-failed parallel experiments to see what "runs out". (V) [Scopeers] organize an in-depth "market observation" and "competence analysis" of several weeks before any specific plan is developed to provide the strongest information base for subsequent planning through the collection and analysis of all available data.

Title III (testing the "execution" dimensions - The "what")

Situation: "In a very important product launch, you are demonstrating on stage. All of a sudden, the core equipment used for the demonstration went completely out of order, and the scene was caught in an awkward 10-second silence."

Option: (A) [Archive-Technology] immediately launch Preparatory Option B (coolly) to continue to complete the core logic of the speech in a similarly structured, albeit less effective but equally persuasive manner (e.g. oral and whiteboard). (N) [Regulation/NPC] To apologize in good faith to the audience, in strict accordance with the procedures of the Corporate Crisis Management Manual, and to immediately request the technical staff from the back-office to take urgent repairs and wait patiently. (P) [Player] Turns the accident itself into an improvisation joke or an interactive game with the audience at the scene (e.g.: "Looks like our product is too far ahead of its power to even the equipment! Does anyone at the scene bring paper and pen?") to defuse the crisis with humor and personal charm. (V) [Sigger] remain calm and act in no hurry. Using this unexpected gap to quickly observe audience reactions, the atmosphere on the ground and the face of technicians, real-time information was gathered for the next considered response.

Topic IV (testing the "receiving" dimensions - The "So what"

Situation: "After months of hard work, one of your major projects finally failed for market reasons. What do you think should be the most valuable discussion at the project wrap-up session?"

Option: (A) [Advisers] Focus on re-engineering project processes. Lead the team in distilling this failed experience into a new and improved "project management code" that avoids similar errors in the future and is written into the departmental manual. (N) [Discipline/NPC] Focus on the definition of responsibility. A careful review of each aspect of the project and a comparison of the company ' s regulations to identify which link and which post did not strictly follow the process led to failure. (P) [Player] Focus on team emotional experience. Organizing a frank and even emotional "failed party" where each member talks about the most painful and proud moment of the experience, turning the failure itself into a collective memory uniting the team. (V) [Scopeer] Focus on deep analysis of root causes. To set aside the judgement of error for the time being, to lead the team back in a step of in-depth and objective analysis of failed, more macro-market trends, changes in user behaviour and technological faults, leading to a profound insight report.

B.3 Scores and explanations

Default code score: The selection frequency of the A, N, P, V options (which can require the four options to be sorted or rated) can be calculated for the four dimensions of the "default code" orientation.

(b) The degree to which the mode of choice is changed by analysing the different types of situations that have been tested (e.g., conventional vs. crisis situations) can be assessed as "optimistic flexibility". The greater the change in the selection pattern, the greater the flexibility.

The final test report will not only give a four-digit code, but also analyse its strengths, potential blind spots, inherent conflicts, and provide individualized development advice for its "expanding flexibility".

Appendix C: Analysis of Key Terms - Glossary of AGT and Other Theory

Introduction: the construction of Actor-Generated Topology (AGT) is an interdisciplinary work of theoretical weaving, borrowing, transforming, and reconstructing terms from philosophy, psychology, and the social sciences. To avoid misunderstandings caused by terminological ambiguity, this appendix provides a precise comparative glossary for several core terms that can easily be confused with traditional theory. This glossary is the decoder for entering AGT's theoretical world.

AGT Term

Distinguished From...

Core Difference (What Is Specific to AGT)

Prototype

Jungian archetype

Dynamic attractor vs. static primal image. The AGT prototype is an attractor in dynamic systems theory: a probabilistic, relational center of gravity. It is not the a priori, universal primal image of the collective unconscious in Jungian psychology.

Topological Transition

Personal Growth

Revolution vs. improvement. Growth implies linear, gradual, quantitative accumulation. Topological transition emphasizes discontinuous, ruptural, qualitative phase change: a reboot of the internal operating system, not a simple upgrade.

Architect [A]

Leader

Action-force vs. social role. Leader is a social role or position. Architect is a more fundamental action-force oriented toward the generation of order. A leader may have no [A] module at all, for example a Player-style agitator; an ordinary employee may also show powerful Architect force within a project.

Discipline [N]

Conscientiousness (Big Five)

Generative mechanism vs. behavioral trait. Conscientiousness is a measurable behavioral trait. Discipline [N] is one possible generative mechanism behind that trait: gaining security by obeying an external, transcendent system. An Architect-style perfectionist may also show high conscientiousness, but the source of force is different: an immanent desire for order.

Player [P]

Open (Openness)

Intervention in sexual adventures, vs. cognitive attitudes. "Openness" is an open attitude to the perception of new experiences. And "player [P]" is a more proactive, interventionist force that embraces "risk" and "uncertainty". A person may be very "open" (like to appreciate art), but is an [V] or [N] risk-averse in action.

Lurker [V]

Introversion (MBTI/Eng)

Information processing vs. Energy pointing. "Inside" is the point of psychological energy (to the inner world). The Lurker [V] is a way to process information - to understand the world through extraction and analysis. An outward-looking person may also be a powerful "stalker" (e.g. a talker, an analytical journalist); an inward-looking person may also be a purely "player" (e.g. a child in his own world).

Events (Event)

Events

Subversive rules within the rules. The day-to-day "event" is an extenuating matter within the existing rules. The "event" in the AGT-Badiou sense is the break-up that breaks the existing rules, cannot be interpreted by the old language, and opens a new "truth".

Situation E.

Environment

Active force field vs. passive background. "Environment" is generally seen as a passive, external context. AGT's "Situation E" is an active "force field" made up of people and non-human actors, which itself has a coded "topological resonance structure" and can proactively "strengthen" or "deconform" with individual codes.

Topolonic Code

Character Type (Personality Type)

Generates syntax vs. static labels. The character type is a static label describing who you are. And it's a dynamic syntax that describes how your actions are generated. It is concerned with process, not outcome; verbs, not terminology.

The meaning and application of the Situation Sheet.

It is a powerful "world-building" tool: for dramas, films, game creators and even urban planners, this table provides a systematic tool to consciously design and code the inner grammar of the "world" they want to create.

It is a profound "social diagnostic" tool that we can use to encode and analyse the real world in which we live. For example, the situation code of a traditional, highly hierarchical company may be close to E{n, a, a}. A radical, flat Internet starter could be close to E{a,p,p}.

It finally completes the whole secret of AGT's core dynamics: "Top-up" and is hidden in this table. Theatrical and all the profound life experiences, the essence of which is to force an individual with a specific "default code" from a situation in which he/she "coordinates" (e.g. [N-N-N] bureaucracies in E{n, a, a} company), to a situation in which he/she is extremely "defunct" (e.g. P4 E{p, p}) and to observe whether and how he/she can rewrite the underlying operating system.

This "situational cycle" is a key step in the AGT theory from "individual psychology" to "social development". It shows us that the expression of "personality" is never an isolated monologue, but an unending "two-person dance" between individual and situational codes.

(concluded appendix)

So we have jointly completed this monograph - The Grammar of Events: Actor-Generated Topology (AGT) and the birth of postmodern subjects - from the preface to the body of the text, to the writing and construction of the entire appendix. We have completed a complete journey, from P4 mud practice to grand theory, to application and criticism.
