"The Center for World Issues has been baptizing the epidemic from 2019 to the present, not only as an institution but also as a human being. I occasionally laugh at my friends and wonder whether we are in the "post" epidemic era, because this "post" has yet to wait, and I can say that we are in this era with no sign of ending, as we were in the midst of wars I and II. But from a historical perspective, the global epidemic may end in about three years, and we may be at the end of this phase. In another way, the world is at the peak of chaos, chaos is a deliberate order, wars and conflicts are spreading, and we have dangerous speculations, the truth about floating water, and let the subject of "acts" enter once again into chaos. In the end, where will we go?
The call was mainly to introduce a concept of "co-creation" and "human story", which, in short, was to "codify" a collection of human stories together. One can imagine the end being a new Bible, or the end being just a new Issou fable, or a novel collection (and, of course, many examples).
I want all those who have laid down their identities from their hearts to be involved in this co-creation, ignoring themselves as artists, designers, scholars, politicians, entrepreneurs, capitalists, waiters, layoffs or any job name or identity related to work. None of this matters. In particular, for those who are currently in a state of epidemic blockade or isolation, please join in an interesting text creation.
Why writing? It is not an implication that words and words are unlimited, but rather that they are more favourable to their creation than to other forms of world issues."

The number of text words submitted per person should be greater than 500 words, with no ceiling. It could be a novel or a novel or just a clip. Or to satisfy the existence of 500 words, that is to say, to determine the richness of the content in terms of the volume of text, but not to exclude the possibility that the shorter text may also be rich in content.

Recommendations and techniques (non-necessary condition to complete)
Don't be constrained by anything. It's a non-programming, but pay attention to the repetition of hot subject matter unless you really think it's great. We'll choose the subject matter, from stars to woodfish, from gods to relationships, but it's still a novel. In any case, send it to us without hesitation.
Gigi Jarvis ' s statement was not of absolute reference and could be totally or partially ignored. However, reference can be made.
This is a free expression and writing, and it is hoped that the text can be made up of a picture, not an ideological output and preaching. However, the former is not certain, nor is the latter.
For long-term writers, texts that have been published or have not been written are sent.
For those who do not write often, at the beginning of writing, please do not envisage structures and results, and write as much as possible will be very helpful in writing. Don't worry, we'll help you comb and edit.
With regard to the concept of "co-creation" as a "key string", please do not misinterpret the relevance of power such as "democracy".
It may be ordinary, plain, but it's fun and fun. But it's not ordinary, it's not flat, it's not.

The Centre for World Issues published its publication with three months of editing. At the time of collection of over 100,000 words, solicitations for co-editors and co-publishing were initiated, while collections continued.

"WQC has been through difficulties and baptisms during the whole pandemic since 2019, not only as an institution but also as a human being. I always joke with my friends that it's hard to make sure if we are in the post-pandemic era or not, solely because the 'post' is still going on. The 'post' status stays await, since there is no evidence showing any signs of the end, and we are still 'in' the time like how things were 'in' WWI or WWII. From a historical perspective, the pandemic would probably set a period within 3 years, where we are 'in' going thru the end of it. In other words, the world is fermentating with chaos, the type of chaos that always serves certain intentions. While wars and conflicts are wildly spreading, those unknown intentions are emerging above the surface from all this chaos. After all, where are we heading to?
The open call mainly base on the idea of 'co-creation' and 'human stories'. In other words, to'recreate' a collection of human stories. It could be a new-new bible, or a new imaginary Aesop's Fables; in a worst-case scenario, it could be a collection of essay novels. Voila!
I hope every stupid shit take off their identities all together. Please ignore the fact you are an artist, a designer, a writer, a scholar, a politician, an entrepreneur, a servant, a deliveryman, or any other job title and social identity in real life. That is not the matter. Especially those people who are living in a shit of country, hardly struggling through a quarantine, please devote yourself to the writing.
Why the format of writing? Not implying the limitless of the languages and texts here, but honestly, I have to say that WQC prefers it than any other form of art."

Requirements
Original short or long narrative novel (whether accomplished or unaccomplished)
With proper and witty language to conceive the paper, in order to elude the censorship. To overcome the tower is not our goal.
However, we accept works with brilliant skills of writing on some sensitive themes.
Text and Formats
Pure writing, digital PDF; language: Chinese/English. Please also submit with a translated copy in Chinese/English if the original piece is in a third language.
No less than 500 words from each submission, no max words limit. Or, the paper carries the same amount of quality of contents as 500 words. It means we accept papers by assessing the number of words to make sure the richness of the content, however, it does not mean a shorter paper would not reach the same goal.
Please correct any typo and punctuation in advance.
Suggestions & Tips
There is no serious restriction.
Do not fully or partially take the words from Gigi Jarvis.
It is free presenting and writing.
Let the text picturing, rather than an ideologically or preaching output, we do not criticize anything, let stories do.
