——我作为世界问题中心的发言人
“世界问题中心从 2019 年至今，经历了全疫情的洗礼，不单是作为一个机构，也作为一个人。偶尔与朋友说笑，不知道我们是否处在了“后”疫情时代，因为这个“后”还有待等待，我可以说我们处在这个时代之中，就像一战与二战在进行中时一样，并无结束的迹象。但从历史角度出发，全球性疫情可能会在 3 年左右结束，而我们可能正处在这个阶段的尾声。再换一个角度，世界正处在混沌发酵的峰值，混沌是有意图的秩序，战争与冲突正在蔓延，我们对危险的猜测，对浮水的真相，让“行为”这个主体，再一次进入混沌。最终，我们会走向哪里？
这次的征集主要是提出一个“共创”与“人类故事”的概念，简单来说，就是重新一起“编造”一段人类故事的合集。可以想象最后是一本新新圣经，也可以想象最后只是一本新伊索寓言，再不济也可以是一本杂文小说集 (当然还有许多值得举例的）。
我希望所有从内心放下身份的人参与到这次共创之中，请忽略自己作为艺术家，设计师，学者，政客，企业主，资本家，服务员，外卖员或者任何与工作相关的职业名称与身份。这些都不重要。尤其是目前正在国内处于疫情封锁或者隔离的人，请投身到一次有趣的文本创作中来吧。
为什么是写作？不是暗示语言文字的无局限，只是相对于其他艺术形式世界问题中心更偏向于语言文字的创作。”

要求（就是字面意思）
目标对象：小说，或小说片段，非抄袭（完成的/未完成的皆可）。其他文体是否接收：是
希望大家可以用合适的，风趣，且幽默的语言组织起躲避审查的能力，一味冲塔不是目标。
接受冲塔技术高超合理冲塔者。
文本与格式
短篇或者长篇小说 (文字），电子稿PDF，语言限制：中文/英文。若出现其他语言请翻译注释。
每人提交的文本字数请大于500字，无上限规定。可以是一篇或多篇小说，或只是记叙片段。或者满足500字的内容存在，也就是说我们从文字量上确定内容的丰富性，但是不排除更短的文字也具有内容丰富性的可能。
错别字与标点请自我纠正。
建议与技巧 (务必看完的非必要条件）
不要被任何题材所限制，这是非命题写作，但请注意热点题材的重复，除非你真的觉得这玩意儿太好了。我们会选择各种题材内容，大到星际，小到柴鱼，顶到神明，下到私情，但它仍是小说别忘了。不管怎么样，请毫不犹豫地发送给我们。
Gigi Jarvis 的发言不具有绝对参考性，可以全部或部分地忽略他一意孤行的发言。但是，参考也行。
这是一种自由的表达与书写，希望文字可以组成的是画面，而不是一种意识形态的输出与说教。但是，前者不是一定的，后者也是不一定的。
对于长期写作的人，曾经发表或已经书写还未发表的文字都可发送。
对于不经常写作的人，在开始写作的时候，请不要设想结构与结果，尽可能书写，会对书写有非常大的帮助。请放心，我们会帮助大家做梳理与编辑。
关于“共创”是一个“钥匙串”的概念，请不要误读为“民主”等权力相关意义。
它可能是平凡，平淡的，但不乏有趣与耐人寻味。但是，不是说它就不是平凡的，不是平淡的，就不行。
不排除有人会以接龙的方式续写某篇小说的内容。
以上8条仅提供给需要的人，并非必要条件，不需要的请忽略。

世界问题中心以 3 个月为节点进行有编辑的发表。在收集到10万字以上的时候，开始邀约合作编辑，以及合作出版商梳理，同时继续征集。

“WQC has been through difficulties and baptisms during the whole pandemic since 2019, not only as an institution but also as a human being. I always joke with my friends that it's hard to make sure if we are in the post-pandemic era or not, solely because the 'post' is still going on. The 'post' status stays await, since there is no evidence showing any signs of the end, and we are still 'in' the time like how things were 'in' WWI or WWII. From a historical perspective, the pandemic would probably set a period within 3 years, where we are 'in' going thru the end of it. In other words, the world is fermentating with chaos, the type of chaos that always serves certain intentions. While wars and conflicts are wildly spreading, those unknown intentions are emerging above the surface from all this chaos. After all, where are we heading to?
The open call mainly base on the idea of 'co-creation' and 'human stories'. In other words, to'recreate' a collection of human stories. It could be a new-new bible, or a new imaginary Aesop’s Fables; in a worst-case scenario, it could be a collection of essay novels. Voila!
I hope every stupid shit take off their identities all together. Please ignore the fact you are an artist, a designer, a writer, a scholar, a politician, an entrepreneur, a servant, a deliveryman, or any other job title and social identity in real life. That is not the matter. Especially those people who are living in a shit of country, hardly struggling through a quarantine, please devote yourself to the writing.
Why the format of writing? Not implying the limitless of the languages and texts here, but honestly, I have to say that WQC prefers it than any other form of art.”

Requirements
Original short or long narrative novel (whether accomplished or unaccomplished)
With proper and witty language to conceive the paper, in order to elude the censorship. To overcome the tower is not our goal.
However, we accept works with brilliant skills of writing on some sensitive themes.
Text and Formats
Pure writing, digital PDF; language: Chinese/English. Please also submit with a translated copy in Chinese/English if the original piece is in a third language.
No less than 500 words from each submission, no max words limit. Or, the paper carries the same amount of quality of contents as 500 words. It means we accept papers by assessing the number of words to make sure the richness of the content, however, it does not mean a shorter paper would not reach the same goal.
Please correct any typo and punctuation in advance.
Suggestions & Tips
There is no serious restriction.
Do not fully or partially take the words from Gigi Jarvis.
It is free presenting and writing.
Let the text picturing, rather than an ideologically or preaching output, we do not criticize anything, let stories do.
These suggestions and tips are not mandatory.

Editing and publishing work within 3 months on the WQC official account.
After we have received 100k words of papers. We will conceive our editor team to start analyzing.
