Moreover, it is my first time to play the male lead in a stage play, which brings a lot of pressure and nervousness. It is also my first time to have physical contact with a woman. Shaking hands, hugging or even saying "I love you" to an actress are completely impossible for me to speak in a play because I have never been in love or have any experience in love and I don't know how to communicate with the characters in the play.
Whether I am acting according to a script or performing improvisationally, I will always be very nervous. In real life, I rarely communicate with others, so I can never release my nature in the play.
After many rehearsals and exchanges with the two actresses, I know how to perform physically. However, I am still not used to close contact with girls, even in performances. The first thing I should do in "acting" is to liberate my nature, and I am also working hard to liberate my nature.
Whether it is an extra performer that no one pays attention to or an inconspicuous supporting role, I will seriously give them "life" and "soul".
This time as a starring role, you should treat this "life" more seriously. The feeling of being selected cannot be described as "happy" or "excited". I still have to say thank you to the crew for choosing me.
We just rehearsed for the first show and made many attempts, such as adding some musical elements to the play, and having a bassist accompaniment the music to give the feeling of live actors performing. The atmosphere was very strong and it also helped the actors' performances. I felt very comfortable during the performance.
Our script was being rehearsed and revised. The person who rehearsed it for us at the beginning was Brother Fengning. He set me up as an objective observer, a god, holding a drum in his hand to accompany the other two actors. The rhythm of the drumming should also change, which is the externalization of the actor's psychological rhythm.
We will meet again later. As we continue to create, we all have new questions about the relationship between the three people and the creation of the script. We discuss it together, and finally brother He Fa integrates it with everyone and puts forward new ideas. My character setting has also completely changed, from a god to another participant in the relationship between an actor and an actress (the specifics will not be revealed yet, hehe).
After that, I started to improvise based on the character setting and the big frame of the script. I brought my heart into the character and plot, realized my own spiritual purification, and created this play. The staff who worked with me on the creation were also very satisfied with the creation of the three actors. I also look forward to making better things in the subsequent rehearsals. It is a very happy creative process. I love drama, and I am very happy to be one of the creators (o^^o)
