A fundamentally important pair of relationships in Lacan psychoanalysis: the relationship between symbol and reality is preserved in the relationship between body and flesh discussed by Lacan. The body according to Lacan is the "body of existence", that is, the body of dynamic second nature - it is the product of the physical organism inscribed and cut by symbols, a semiotic structure whose perception and positioning are highly ordered. This is not the case with physical organisms. It is an innate nature that humans cannot get rid of. It is a real thing that is self-sufficient in itself but is cut into "lack" and "absence" by symbols and language. Out of consideration for the intangibility of reality, Lacan did not dwell much on the nature of the body itself, but the self-nature of the body (maturity of the organism, sexual maturity) and the pleasure-intensity of the body (sexual love and sadomasochism) have always been the focus of Lacan's later works.

This seminar will illustrate a body-corporeal doctrine worthy of discussion across French philosophy by establishing a dialogue between Lacan, Derrida and Guattari.
