Under the concept of assembly, we can think about more everyday topics: How does the space we live in participate in the assembly of subjectivity? The furnishings of the home have always been divorced from the reality of their own materiality, and have become people-oriented organizations and a conspiracy: the furnishings have become furnishing-relationships, and have become the spatial "confirmation" of relational inter-subjective facts - here it means "stabilization" - thereby treating the spatial relationship as a power relationship.
In this seminar, we will establish a contrast between three cases of the Oedipal power-order of display, and discuss the relationship between display and historicity, Oedipal power, and schizophrenia.
