Numerous natural disasters have overwhelmed mankind. Perhaps this is a punishment for the endless human desire for expansion, and perhaps even worse, the "end of life", in the near future.
We foreshadow a future in which, one day, the mind of all human beings suddenly comes out of nowhere: to wipe out a part of the population, otherwise the greatest catastrophe ever will occur.
No one made it clear what happened when this sudden consciousness appeared in their minds. Mankind is in an unprecedented panic. It is recognized that the "gods", which have been contested for thousands of years, may indeed appear. However, no one can prove how this unconsciousness has emerged and whether it is true.
Human beings have survived for years.
On the other day, when people woke up from their sleep, some people were found to have disappeared in vain, which again plunged humanity into panic. According to the judiciary and academic studies on these missing populations, no patterns are found. Human beings have to believe that because of the unconscious neglect of that man a few years ago, God has wiped out parts of humanity without distinction. The order of the entire world has changed in this catastrophe, which history has called the First Enlightenment.
The presence of God in this era allows for the first real reflection of the original purpose of human life in fear. Fear, despair, grief, anger are the aliases of the world after the first revelation.
A few years later, humanity has yet to rebuild the entire world order, and it is at a time when the same flying consciousness re-emerges - within five years, clear 75 per cent of the population - before humanity disappears from this world.
The human world is facing an unprecedented crisis.
However, civilization must not be abandoned at will, and disasters must not lead to moral decay. Humankind was called upon by a mysterious organization to resolve this bloody catastrophe in a just and civilized way - that is, the final solution.
The Final Settlement will consist of numerous resolutions. Some 12 citizens will form "resolution seats" and 4 citizens will form "candidates". The "candidatures" will be self-proclaimed in a manner other than force of all kinds, while the "resolution seat" will be the only one of the four "candidates" who will decide to become the new citizens of the world after the Second Enlightenment. The other three "candidates" will be disqualified, i.e. executed.
Humankind plans to reduce its own population by 75 per cent through countless human-determined resolutions so that human species, even civilizations, may survive.
Recruitment
This time, we will recruit 12 "resolutionrs" and four "candidates" to participate in the 210605th session of the Final Settlement.
The "Final Settlement" was set up in two groups, the Resolutions Chair and the Candidates. According to the guidelines of the field process, candidates would prove their worth by means of non-force to win the only chance of survival, the seat would reach consensus through consultations to select those whom they believed could be retained and the remaining candidates would be "executed".
It was a "theatre experiment", an improvisation drama created by the participants at the scene, a "end-of-life trial" in the hands of the participants themselves, and an "evading exercise" in the end of the future.
The final solution was adapted from the experimental theatre, the Veterinary Field, after eight rounds of "model tests", ranging from direct democracy in the form of a general vote to a deliberative democracy inspired by the Western justice system; from a week after a physical psychological breakdown to failure to persuade others to take the door.
Over the past few months, the Final Solutions and related creations have received attention from the creators of the British and American theatres, and have been invited by an art centre in Serbia, the most complex political situation in Europe, but have been denied access to the epidemic.
This time, like the previous creation of Veterinary Field, we found P4 Theater to do it together.

Q: What are the voting rules?
A: Use of deliberative democracy in this room, with the objective of reaching consensus in the seat. Each member of the resolution will vote in turn for each candidate to choose whether to execute him or her, with a minimum of two thirds (12 or 8) of the votes valid for the resolution and a failure to reach a vote invalid. If more than one candidate is retained after the final ballot, the candidate will be executed in full. Abstentions is not counted as valid.
Q: Is there a time limit to interventions?
A: The following is the rule of live discussion, which is the rule of the scene.
• Principles on the scope of the debate: Anyone will speak around the resolution and violators will be warned about it three times. The fourth and fifth violations are punishable by a five-minute ban outside the resolutions. For the sixth time and for the latter, he would be expelled and counted as abstaining.
• Expressing the principle of clarity: any person should first make his or her position and value judgement clear and then explain.
• The principle of equal opportunity: those who have not spoken take precedence over those who have spoken.
• The principle of length of statements: individual statements should not exceed one minute and should not be repeated over the same discussion.
• Respect for the principles of the rules: The Oracle will judge the situation on the ground and all will follow the Oracle's instructions.
• Other matters: raise your hands to the podium if there are any issues not related to the resolution.
Q: Long time, water and rest?
A: In order to maintain order, there is no water and no rest time. It is not recommended to drink too much water in the preceding period and if you have to go to the bathroom, raise your hand.
Q: Is there a danger to life?
In the "Final Settlement", force is prohibited, and the rest is possible. There may be some psychological risk involved in entering the premises.
