I think the body is much wiser than the human mind, and your body knows a lot of things that you don't know are very, very real things. For example, like improvisation, it's really a test that you have to react to the force you exert, but you can't do an over-reaction on your own, or you can give it a design, which is actually to confront what you see and feel, a very instinctive reaction.
