On the evening of 31 October 2020, the first performance of the Cocoon Room, which was produced by P4 Theater, was successfully concluded. It was a special performance, led by professional dancers and led by a group of vegetarians, which, after a short period of 15 days, completed an extraordinary performance. Dancing in a soft, water-like dance has not yet taken place. The main players, professional dancer Haoji, and female masters, and professional dancer Xiaonam, sitting in the middle of the stage, each eating an apple, as the apples are placed on stage, they leave each other, and the lights continue to guide the audience and gaze at our theme today - breaking through the cocoon room.

The lights were dark and bright, and I came back. A line of actors came to the scene again, and with a warm round of applause, I almost woke up with tears. My childhood grew up in the voice of my mother, "How are you different from others", not just to learn, but to use it for anything. But why should I be like everyone else? Like those two apples, all wrapped in green and red skins are sweet and sweet fruit. We're all the same.

From September 14th, the director, Hoang Yoon, first came to P4 Theater, and together we started to discuss, plan, start interviews, prepare schedules, etc. In a matter of days, the theatre became popular. People of all social identities who come here with the same purpose - to break into themselves and to meet themselves. This is also a goal that P4 Theater has been working on. Cognitive self, inner and profound. We have grown from birth to age, and we have experienced too much, and gradually, time has smoothed our prisms. But have we really become round and smooth and quiet in this corner of the world, without pain or hardship? But why is it still so painful?

Every afternoon, rehearsals are hard and the time of a vegan actor is really bad, but we continue to do it. In order to get the vegan actors to a state of play faster, the choreographer, Haoji, led you from the "precipitation of physical contact" to trigger that passage in the dark, stripping off the heavy shell placed on you in the daytime, counterbalances with illusions and forgery. Direction, correction, dimension extension. In short, the improvisation of physical contact is a transformational movement through physical contact that values the communication of the body with the heart and explores the creativity of the body with an open mind; it is an extremely important part of the postmodern dance, often as physical training for physical theatres. As we first stepped on the stage, we looked at each other a little bit, and in every moment we looked at each other, gradually changing the stereotypes of each other and starting to create a small hole of light on this layer of cocoon created by a stranger.

In and out of the cocoon, as in time itself, there is an unforeseen surge of fresh life. The pattern of irresistible prejudice is moving, with a constant shadow of the old insides. Prejudices seek the slightest light, accompany us, touch the stone of perception, and explore deep shallow paths in unexpected rivers.

We, in the middle of the ocean, are slowly gathering wings and trying to be like others. We try to be as soft, moving and plastic as water in human flow. In the last half-month of rehearsals, we have had countless conversations, co-operation, mutual understanding, quarrels, emotion, confusion, joy, but feeling more, freedom. Everyone here has changed. Everyone brought something different, even though many were not on the stage on 31 October, and they were always alive and flexible in this event. There's understanding, there's dispute, there's anger, there's compromise, there's frustration, there's pain... Everyone's asking and being asked. Faced with the tools of P4's continuous recording, cameras and cameras bring an unknown number of eyes flashing, sometimes those who are recorded wonder, "What the hell are they doing?" Who can answer this objective act of being filmed? The instruments of record are cold and silent and are seen with their unique colour glasses. The way everyone looks at themselves varies, and they look at the world, and they collide more clearly and concretely because of photographic interference.

We've been separated from ourselves, but we can't be completely separated. Are you living with a body that's not yourself, or are you playing something that's not yours? Today, here, at P4 Theater, I have answers.

In a warm round of applause, I was very happy to be here today to attend the Courage of Cocoon. They are wonderful people! They did it! They broke down the barriers between professional and non-professional, artists and vegetarians, men and women, and made harmony in an asymmetrical space.
