P4 Theater
Put your dreams in the real world.
P4 Theater sits at 19.90 km north of the Beijing Central axis, the Tien An Gate. It is a black box of fermentation located in the Peking Sculptural Arts Zone, which focuses on photography, theatre and psychological cross-media integration.
The theater was born out of thinking about watching

A black velvet cloth cuts the theatre space into black and white worlds.
The black half is the stage.
It is a symbol of privacy.
Half of the white is in the audience.

The black-white intersection is just like the two young people in the P4 Theaterlogo who are spinning dances.
They look at each other, they blend in, they sculpture each other.
P4 Theater is a phantom time and space device, a mysterious place where memories travel, and a bright mirror that artists wear carefully. Every time you walk into the theater, you can see that you don't belong here.

About us.
P4 Theater's founder, Zhang Shaohua, and He Fa, were classmates of the 2012 Faculty of Photography at the Central Academy of Fine Arts.
Upon graduation, Zhang Shahua went to Beijing University to study psychology, have been involved in commercial photography for a long time and have been deeply involved in contemporary artistic creation, seeking to involve psychological research in the expression of art in a variety of fields, including composite materials, devices and images.
He Fa graduated from the California School of Arts and received a Master of Arts degree in the arts, and as an artist he wants to invest more of his creative energy in social life to practice, explore and prove his own life trajectory.
They created P4 Theater in 2015 to promote cross-media research in photography, theatre and psychology, and have organized a series of public events such as theatres, images, audio, screenings and lectures.
