Today, 58 years ago, Martin Luther King gave a virulent speech - "I have a dream" - encouraging every fellow man who loves equality and wants freedom to act with courage.
Today, however, silence, self-censorship, lay-down, keyboard-man, reporting becomes the norm for everyone. We need an operation, a real one, and even in a fictional parallel universe, metaphors and appearances will re-infiltrate into the high night, sneaking into the walls of the impervious wind in the extreme speed of the electric flint.
Information on registration
Operation Purple is an art project launched by the Arts Group of Operation Purple, which aims to build a fictional world through the theatre, in which participants build a whole new social relationship.
This project, which began in 2019 with the Veterinary Field and followed by Operation Purple, was subjected to a model test of 10 rounds of deliberations and voting, during which time it was not only brought to the attention of and invited by the Arts Centre in Belgrade, Serbia, but also took part in the OCAT Theatre Open Documents for Contemporary Performing and the Art Site Project of the Swiss Cultural Foundation.
Today, we will once again expand the previous theatre project and pay tribute to Sun Wen, bringing the meeting to fruition. Operation Purple is officially on the line, opening up the registration of ethnic groups and allowing the way in which citizens ' deliberations are discussed not only in galleries and theatres, but also in our lives.
The following three sections describe the background of the story, the registration process and others.
Part I
Operation Purple's fictional worldview

General worldview
At noon on June 5, 2019, the sky suddenly turned purple, and a flying consciousness appeared in the minds of all people, so unquestioned, in an absolute gesture to convince -- In 13 years, three quarters of the population would have been eliminated, or humanity would have been destroyed. In a changing landscape, many organizations have emerged, acting on their own ideas and the will of God, to become descendants and to reach the world.

"Final solution"
"Final solution" is an organization in Operation Purple, which claims that it has the most just and fair way of identifying candidates for entry into the post-war world, namely, to participate in a "resolution".

Resolutions
The resolution will be designed by the Programme Group of the top lead agency, "Final Solutions". One of these methods is to allow 16 ethnic groups to compete for the only surviving candidate on the site. In the first round of balloting, four candidates will be elected from among 16 candidates, including themselves, and the remaining 12 will constitute the seats.
Next, the four candidates will prove themselves by all means other than force, while the "resolution seat" will decide, through deliberation and voting, the only final candidate who will enter the world afterward. The other three candidates will be disqualified, i.e. executed.
In the eyes of the world, the "final solution" programme is to reduce three quarters of the population by adopting countless human-determined resolutions so that human species, even civilizations, can survive.

Waiting for you to develop.
In addition to the "final solution", other organizations are growing and they have come up with their own ideas, which have gained a great deal of loyalty.
As for the various organizations that have emerged in the world view, everyone has expressed their views and opinions, and voices of approval and denial are in the world, where perhaps they have founded their own newspapers, created arbitration institutions and developed their own gangs, where everything seems possible.

After registration and registration
01
What kind of people are registered?
It's like playing a web trip requires a registration number, and getting into Operation Purple's worldview also requires being registered as a race and being registered in the virtual world of Operation Purple from our real world, except that Operation Purple is more closely connected to reality than a net trip.
And we see the process of registration as a race as a small interactive theatre in which you will learn how to live, play, create in the world view of Operation Purple, build your own role in the world view, understand the "final solution", solve the parliament, understand the peeping sessions (a mysterious organization, to be discovered)--- - Get all the information you need to know as a person living in that virtual world.

What can I do after registration?
According to our world view, the most important form of participation after becoming a registered race is participation in the "final solution" resolution. Resolution meetings will be organized from time to time, at which time we will recruit participants from registered races (who will be free of charge).
Of the 16 people who participated in each session of the resolution, three executed persons and one deceased person will be facilitated through the process. The executed person will be cancelled as a loser in the ordinary sense of an on-site resolution, while the latter, as a winner in the normal sense of an on-the-spot resolution, will enter the post-world, with the option of continuing to act in the latter world (like the concept of "two weeks" in the rpg game) or re-registration free of charge. The remaining 12 of the 16 ethnic groups will continue to await the call of the next resolution. In other words, it is also a single registration, with the possibility that a person may have participated in only one resolution meeting and the account number may have been cancelled, or that a person may have participated in 10 cases that have not yet yielded results.
Other forms of participation after registration are free, such as the establishment of a virtual organization, the creation of a virtual idol, and the various ways of life, if you can think of a reasonable way of doing so, can be put into action and, more importantly, hide the story until you know it.
Example 1
Assuming that you are a lawyer in the real world and that you have legal knowledge to resolve a part of the worldview, you can set up an impartial body named after yourself in the worldview to address some of the procedural justice issues in the worldview and to design the participatory methods and all the details of this. (In fact, an impartial body is already in preparation)
Example 2
Assuming that you dislike the mechanism of screening for "final solutions", you want to go into the world view against "final solutions", then you can start a newspaper dedicated to the "final solutions" and write critical articles after registration, or, more directly, you can infiltrate the "final solutions" and come in blindfolding after knowing the time of the resolution.
Some participatory models under development
The model of the popular assembly, which has had an impact on the organization and the authorities themselves, the "Cadastre Congress", the extra-field extension of the "Congress" to the controversial topics that emerged from the resolution, the motion of private organizations to establish their own operating charter, etc.

Other matters
01
On fees
At this stage, people of ethnic origin registered as "Operation Purple World" are required to pay $500 in registration fees.
After registration as a race, participation in a "resolution" does not require additional contributions.
Registered people of ethnic origin will be able to participate in resolution meetings free of charge until they are "executed" or become "posters".
Of course, the $500 threshold is not too low, and if you have any documents proving your identity in the real world that you need help, we are willing to reduce costs, including but not limited to student certificates, disability certificates, geriatric certificates, veterans' certificates, etc. If you do not have any documents, you feel that your situation should also receive a lower fee threshold, and you would welcome a letter of intent, a clear statement of position that could be replaced in other ways.

On the right to privacy
When you become a registered race, you will be given a randomly created new name, along with your role, which will be the subject of all your actions within the Worldview, where no form of activity involves your name in reality.
Likewise, we will not ask for your portrait for any reason.
At the time of registration, an agreement will be signed with you by Operation Purple.
