A research company in the United States has shown that there are 1385 attempts to kill another person in a lifetime. Only a small number of people took action because of sound legal and moral self-pity.
Ten years ago, a news report mentioned a passenger who pulled out a toy pistol spitting, pushing and yelling at people in a crowded car: "You poor people should be shot!"
In 2018, the Alliance of Avengers was shown, and one of the ring-fingers of the conquests randomly destroyed half of the Earth ' s life. Many comments have been made that if the bullies were to take charge of the planet ' s resources and distribution, so many refugees would die of starvation.
At the end of the 18th year, biophysicist He Jiankwei modified a pair of unborn twins ' genes so that they could fight AIDS naturally. Online public opinion is raging, with human flesh and the parents of the child, many claiming that the child was not entitled to be born and should be executed.
What criteria would we choose if we really had the power to execute others? What is the value of survival?
We live in a period of relative physical peace, but psychologically there is still a time of killing; we think that the civilized world in which we live is progressing, but the fighting in factional polarization and cyber-fighting is not as clean as the ancient Roman battle fields.
The expulsion of low-duan kou, the expulsion of refugees, the building of walls, and the promulgation of every new deal could be disguised as trying a section of the population; the economic development of globalization, the oppression of Asian and African labour, the blackmail of capital giants, each individual proving his or her worth to the system.
There are people trying others, and there are people trying to prove themselves, and there are people trying to prove themselves.
So this is the theater, "The Field of Fight."
We have created an era in which human life is no longer unconditionally protected, where the population must be reduced by force, where each individual must prove his or her worth, and where random panels of judges decide by democratic consultation and voting who are entitled to live.
The field is divided into two groups of gladiators and judges. According to the guidelines of the on-site process, gladiators will prove their value in a non-violent manner to win the only chance of survival, and the judges will reach a consensus through consultations to select those whom they believe they can stay and the rest will be "executed".
Since 2019, the Veterinary Field has tested seven-round models, ranging from direct democracy in the form of a general vote to a deliberative democracy that draws on Western judicial systems; from a week of physical psychological breakdown to failure to persuade others to take the door.
In November 2020, the seventh round of tests at the Veterinary Field, the jury was trying to build a dialogue mechanism.
The jury is debating whether to vote for the 2nd gladiator.
Over the past few months, the Veterinary Field has received attention from the creators of the British and American theatres, as well as an invitation from an art centre in Serbia, the most complex political situation in Europe, but has not been able to travel because of the epidemic.
And this time, the eighth model of the Veterinary Field, we found the wildest P4 Theater in Beijing to do another live simulation. The duration of the current round is expected to be at least five hours to complement the full process of deliberation and debate.
Self-identification, debate, deliberation and voting are welcome.
