Welcome.

This play is a lead.

You won't see a play.

Your fun watching will not be satisfied.

You won't see the show.

This didn't show.

You will see a play without a scene.

Scolding the Audience was written by Peter Handek, an Austrian playwright. There are no stories and scenes of traditional theatres, no dramatic characters, events and conversations, and only four anonymous speakers "scolding" viewers, almost hysterically, on stage without scenes and curtains, from the beginning to the end, demonstrating the rejection of traditional theatres. It's like being read into a cell, like a needle in a needle, angry and unable to leave.

It is a public space, open to every one of you without restrictions; it is also a private area that deserves your complete relaxation of trust.

The theatre played court.

The theatre played the arena.

The theatre played an ethical role.

The theater played a dream.

The theatre played religious rituals.

Let us pay tribute to "us" in the theatre; "us" on the podium; "we" as the centre of the theatre; "we" as we do not know others; "We" as no physical features, not individuals, no destiny, no history.
