Challenges to recruitment
P4 Theater was founded in 2015 and opened up to the outside world in 2019. Last year ' s epidemic did not slow down the pace of theatre experiments and in early 2021 formally defined the theatre as an interactive artistic creation space. The new definition stems from our reflection, insistence and belief that everyone is a creator. The p4U program is a program launched by the theatre on improvisation of multiple people.
The p4X challenge is to stimulate, encourage, and motivate more people to enter the creative arena.

P4X Challenge Specific Rules

Theatrical workshops are defined as an interactive artistic creation, which, simply speaking, is compatible with multiple, interactive and present.

Each of them has the right to initiate a workshop of its own, the content of which is not restricted by the taste of the theatre itself.

The founders have full access to and control over the theatre space during the period they lead the workshop, and can fully use a range of equipment devices such as theatre stage, lights, soundboxes, cranes, etc. to enhance the workshop ' s experience.

In order to prevent the theater resources of the initiators from being squandered at will and to detect the determination and will of the initiators in their own workshops, the initiators would need to spend a sum of 500 to 3,000 yuan as a chip to begin the challenge.

The challenges are divided into three phases, the first being incubation, the second being production and the third being cooperation. After successful completion of each stage of the challenge, the initiators have the option of abandoning the next challenge or continuing it.

The first challenges are

During the two-month period of operation of the workshop, the sponsors had eight three-hour theatre space use rights.

Theatricals provide the corresponding workshop recruitment templates under various social media platforms, but not only for the use of templates for the recruitment of workshop participants, but also for their own design and production.

Theatrical meetings distribute fair information about workshop recruitment to the existing social media accounts of the theatre for outreach, but not exclusively, and the sponsors can conduct their own positive publicity and advocacy activities.

The failure of the project to recruit fewer than three participants (excluding three) on two consecutive occasions will not be refunded.

The number of workshops, the amount of tickets and the preferential scheme are determined by the sponsors themselves, and the theatre is not involved in any design or proposal.

Upon completion of each workshop, the theatre receives a score to be measured and weighed against the three dimensions of the number of participants, the amount of tickets and the number of well-rated participants in the workshop, multiplied by the corresponding weight factor.

If there are multiple workshops in the theatre, the weekly high scores will give preference to the workshop hours.

When the eight workshops have been completed, the sum of each fraction is declared successful if it is higher than the established value*, the deposit is returned and income is divided into five tickets to the theatre. If the total score is more than three times the established value, the bill of entry income will be fully owned by the originator and the double deposit returned.

The proportion of the production phase of phase II will be assessed by the total of the first phase.

If, after the completion of the first phase of the eighth workshop, the total score is below the established values and has not failed, the challenge will be to return to zero and continue from scratch.

Phases II and III will devote greater resources to support and empower the sponsors to better serve, and detailed rules will be known when the first phase is successfully completed.

The sponsors must enter into a legal contract with the theatre before starting the workshop, which contains additional rules to define the responsibilities and obligations of both parties.

Theatrical launch of the p4X challenge was not intended to create a new mechanism for a game of great escape, but rather to stimulate more creativity and motivation, and to design a better proactive mechanism to make ideas and dreams more visible.

P4 Theater reserves the final interpretation of the activity challenging the p4X.
Notes
1. During the pilot operation phase, the provisional score for each workshop is calculated as: points = number of participants *30 + number of tickets * + number of participants * + good assessment *80 (examples: the third ticket for the workshop was set at $50, 13 participants participated in the workshop, and 3 received a favourable rating, and this amount is divided into 13 *30 + 50 * 13 + 3 *80 = 1280).

2. During the pilot operation phase, the provisional final clearance will have an established total score of 5,600, subject to further notification if adjustments to the total score are made.
